Company meeting at ZNAPZ

The two-day quarterly company meeting is an event which is highly appreciated and where everyone is realy looking forward to. Besides the great venue, dinner and beers our company meetings are so much fun to attend. The first day of the program is mainly focused on having a good conversation with each other, while enjoying drinks and dinner. Usually we haven’t seen our international colleagues for a while, so it’s always nice to catch up.

On the second day we have a more ‘formal’ program combined with a teambuilding activity. The formal part of the program provides you with business-related updates. Since our company meetings are first and foremost about the people and for the people, the program is co-created by the employees. This always results in a proper variety of presentations on project- and business developments. During the second part of the day we have lots of fun during the teambuilding activities. For example, during the last company meeting we played an escape room with the team!

I think one can say that our company meetings are essential for the success and further development of ZNAPZ.
